Mastodon: Nouvel Album
Mastodon sortira son nouvel album, intitulé Emperor Of Sand, le 31 mars via Reprise Records.
L’album a été produit par Brendan O’Brien, avec qui le groupe avait déjà collaboré pour l’album Crack The Skye (2009). Scott Kelly (Neurosis) apparaît sur un titre.

Absent In Body (Scott Kelly + AmenRa)
ABSENT IN BODY sortira son premier album, intitulé Absent In Body, le 20 janvier via Hypertension.
Il s’agit d’une collaboration regroupant Scott Kelly (NEUROSIS), Mathieu Vandekerckhove (SYNDROME, AMENRA) et Colin H Van Eeckhout (AMENRA,CHVE).
L’album, qui a été enregistré en 2015 et 2016 à divers endroits, est composé d’une seule chanson éponyme de vingt minutes et a été mixé et masterisé par Jack Shirley au Atomic Garden Recording Studio. Le communiqué de presse parle d’une « création complexe qui explore autant l’absence que la présence. De répétitions oniriques jusqu’à la bande son cauchemardesque de l’oubli. »
